Who Are We?

We are a like-minded group of Exhibitors who came together in September 2023 to make our voice heard and to bring about change. Our goal is to ensure that our Trade Fairs not only survive, but they grow and prosper.
After all, who better can shape our future than ourselves?

Integrity is not designed to be an antagonistic group of moaning Exhibitors - our mission is to inspire, to inform, to help one another and to help shape the future through our new forums using the Discord platform. Our very name demonstrates our core values - honesty and transparency, coherant, togetherness and fairness.

Our Mission

Since we started, our main focus has been on two fairs in 2024 - Spring Fair and Autumn Fair.
And already, speaking as one voice, we have been listened to and brought about significant changes to these two events.
And we’ve only just begun. You can see more about these achievements inside the site.
We did all this with just 250 members, imagine what we can do if every exhibitor, large or small, joins our group. We want to hear your voice. Join our forum, it’s your unique opportunity to help determine and shape the future of our all important Trade Fairs.

The Results So Far

Here are some of our achievements so far..

There is no doubt that we were the loudest voice in protest about the ill-fated ́Connect ́programme.
As a consequence the programme was abolished and all AF24 Exhibitors received a £700 refund.
We ran a survey amongst all our members and established a 22 point plan for the future.

The Organisers (Hyve) have so far adopted some 16 of these, in part or completely, and this remains a work in progress.

Clear evidence of our input will be at Spring Fair 2024 and there ́s more to follow for sure.

These include:

The re-ìntroduction of The Little Black Book and the original Website content restored.
The re-introduction of 1 metre deep stands for the Greetings Card and Jewellery sectors.
Subsidised Cloakrooms and free Tea and Coffee in new Buyers and Exhibitor Lounges.

A new emphasis and programme to attract International Buyers.
